Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, policies and procedures that ensure the Council’s ability to attract, retain, develop and manage a highly engaged and committed work force through the provision of systematic, coordinated services across each Service.
