General Manager Infrastructure will be given the opportunity to lead a team across a wide range of services (Fleet & Buildings and Shire Services). Working closely with the CEO, Council, Managers as well as other internal stakeholders, you and your team will deliver the relevant services and capital program in line with the Council’s vision. This role will see your project management skills shine as you juggle a number of dynamic and high priority projects.
You will have an integrated approach to continuous improvement across all areas of
Fleet & Building and Shire Services (Civil Works, Town Services &
Outstations). This includes coaching, mentoring and developing staff to provide
both short term & long term professional development. You will be
instrumental in implementing a strategic plan that will secure the required
outcomes of the Council.
